Initial Design Consultation (60 minutes)
This includes
- Walk through of your home and Site evaluation.
- Discussion of design ideas, lifestyle, style preferences and options.
- Budget planning advice.
- Color and materials analysis.
Mood board emailed for $100
During this consultation we will give as much advice and information as possible about your space. If you sign up with our service on the same day of the consultation the consultation fee will apply towards your package.
Payment is due upon presentation of invoice.
E-design consultation is available for the same price.
A detailed questionnaire will be email upon request. You will be required to take measurements and photos.
Prices: $100 for consultation plus $75 per room.

Home Staging Package
This includes
A consultation fee of $250 which will give you a detailed assessment and report with suggestions should you wish to proceed on your own.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
If you require our staging services – the package includes hiring of furniture and accessories and styling services. It is based on a vacant property, does not include cleaning or removal costs for existing furniture or any repair work that may be required.
The period of hire is 30 days from delivery.
Payment is due monthly or part thereof, and is due on presentation of invoice.

$2000 Living or Family Room
$250 (each) Bathroom, Laundry or Kitchen
within the design.
Color Consultation Package
This includes
An initial design consultation including paint color selection and specification for interior surfaces. A paint schedule is supplied and used to document the color selections and recommendations on the type of paint to be used.
Prices: $100 for consultation plus $75 per room.
Payment due upon presentation of invoice.
Room Decoration and Furniture Package
This includes
This is decorative re-design of a room within your home with flooring, color selection, and furniture selection.
The package price is based on three meetings and includes:
1. Initial consultation on the premises to discuss your style preferences, detail the changes you would like to make and to establish a decoration budget.
2. Second meeting for the interior designer to present the decorative design concept to the client and to confirm the design direction.
3. Third meeting to present the final design including the specification of inclusions
within the design.
As part of the package, you will receive the following:
- Design Consultation, as above.
- Measurements of your house/room and Floor plan
- Mood board, which is used to establish the design direction of the project.
- Sample board to show the flooring, paint color selection, furniture, artwork and accessories selections.
- Schedule to outline selection details, pricing and supplier information.
- Color scheme selection and schedule.
- An additional edit can be purchased for $100.
Please note that this does not include the purchase of materials or furnishings required for the project.
This package is great if you prefer a design guideline for you to follow and implement at your own pace.
Please note that wall art and accessory selection are not included but can be added at an hourly rate of $100.

Premium Design Package
This includes:

- Full estimate of specified materials
- Co-ordination and oversight of installation of furniture, wall art and accessories
- Includes 2 edits (additional edits can be purchased separately)

Price is $2000 per standard sized room
Payment is due in two increments – 40% deposit, remainder upon completion.

Construction/Remodeling Design Package
This includes
This includes:
- Design Consultation as above.
- Detailed construction floor plans
- Detailed construction elevations
- Detailed construction electrical plans
- Detailed hard materials list and call outs
- Detailed scope of work for contractor bids
- 3d renderings
- Material selections include: tiles, appliances, fixtures, lighting
- Paint Schedule
- Full estimate of specified materials
- Design Presentation
- Co-ordination and oversight of installation of furniture, wall art and accessories

Price is $4500 per standard sized room.
Payment is due in three increments – 40% deposit, 30% halfway through and final 30% payment upon completion.

Project Management
We charge 15% of the total cost of project including furnishings and services purchased or specified on behalf of a client. This pricing may vary depending upon the complexity of the project.
A budget is established from the start, and payments are made based on the estimated total budget.
The total expenditures added up at the end of the project to be sure the designer has received the agreed upon percentage.
Purchase of materials, furnishings, accessories or art work
We charge a 15% markup over the wholesale/trade cost of an item (e.g. furniture, drapery, finishes, etc.). Includes sourcing, managing the ordering, logistics, troubleshooting, delivery and installation of the merchandise.
Any extra services not mentioned in our quote will be billed at $100/hour, after every 5 hours, until project is completed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
